Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 9, 2026
1. Description of Service
TeleSuite operates strictly as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider and infrastructure utility. The platform provides automated workflow modules, webhook routing, data tracking infrastructure, and accounting reconciliation tools designed to help digital creators, startup founders, and community managers monitor and optimize their cross-platform interactions.
2. Software Usage & Scope of Liability
Infrastructure Layer Only: TeleSuite builds and maintains digital pipelines for automation, payload logging, and data synchronization. TeleSuite does not manufacture, stock, purchase, warehouse, or physically distribute merchandise or physical inventory.
Third-Party Integrations: Our platform orchestrates user-directed data configurations across messaging networks (such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and Instagram) and independent merchant channels. Users retain full operational responsibility for ensuring their community deployment parameters comply with third-party network terms of service.
Fulfillment Protocol: Where our software utilities or automated research channels stream parameters to external merchant checkout pages at a user's instruction, the originating merchant handles all physical fulfillment, localized sales tax remittance, and logistical shipping responsibilities. TeleSuite functions entirely as a software tool provider.
3. Subscription Fees & Payment Processing
Billing Tiers: Access to our specialized automation configurations is granted via fixed subscription packages (Tele-Office, Tele-Pay, Tele-GTM) or variable usage allocations as outlined on our pricing schedule (telesuite.io/pricing).
Merchant of Record: All platform subscription billing, automated workspace module transactions, and digital utility allocations are securely handled via our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle manages global fiat tax compliance and secure payment processing for our digital SaaS product delivery.
4. Account Audits, Payout History, and Reconciliation
TeleSuite provides transparent ledger tools for community operators to monitor historical system data, webhook triggers, and platform tracking metrics. Users are responsible for configuring their webhook endpoints accurately within their TeleSuite settings panel. TeleSuite assumes no liability for processing errors caused by misconfigured third-party API settings provided by the account holder.
5. Termination & System Restrictions
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to the TeleSuite API infrastructure if an account is found to be bypassing platform rate limits, executing unauthorized data scraping, violating messaging protocol policies, or engaging in fraudulent transaction behaviors.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our corporate jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
