One. What Data We Collect
TeleSuite collects limited user data strictly necessary to provide our conversational SaaS automation and digital workspace utility services. This includes:
- Account Information: Email addresses provided voluntarily by users during the payment or registration process to sync order history and digital receipts.
- Platform Metatags: Unique chat identification numbers (
chat_id, username handles) sent natively by messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram) to route automated conversational responses. - Transaction Metadata: Cryptographic or fiat payment references passed securely via our payment providers (such as Paddle or TON Connect) to verify digital service allocation status.
- User Preferences: Contextual conversational inputs provided directly by the user to train their personalized AI shopping concierge memory layer across supported messaging interfaces.
Two. How We Use Your Data
- Digital Service Fulfillment: To process data requests, execute real-time conversational search parameters, and maintain an internal data ledger of user-orchestrated workflows.
- Cross-Platform Synchronization: To anchor a user’s interaction parameters via their verified email address, allowing their personalized concierge preferences to securely travel across approved chat environments.
- Platform Analytics: To monitor automated transaction queuing thresholds and prevent system abuse or rate-limit violations across platform APIs.
Three. Legal Basis for Processing
We process data under the legal basis of Contractual Necessity (to deliver the conversational utility services requested by the user) and Legitimate Interest (to maintain secure database operations, handle user-initiated support instances, and log internal transaction credits). We do not scrape private data, harvest unauthorized directories, or engage in cold outbound lead generation.
Four. Data Sharing & Third-Party Integrations
TeleSuite shares data strictly with verified processing infrastructure required to execute your service allocations:
- Payment Processors: Transaction and billing processing are managed securely by our Merchant of Record (Paddle) or routed non-custodially via on-chain smart contract signatures.
- Automation Workers: Core request metrics are passed to isolated cloud automation instances (
rtrvr.ai) solely to execute user-directed e-commerce routing.
We do not sell, rent, or distribute user data to third-party marketing brokers.
Five. Your Rights — Access & Deletion
You retain full sovereignty over your digital footprint. You have the right to request access to the historical preference data tied to your account or request complete deletion of your profile anchor from our database ledgers.
How to exercise your rights:
Submit a formal request to privacy@telesuite.io. All valid database removal queries are executed programmatically within 72 hours.
Six. Data Security
All account profiles, preference mappings, and ledger balances are maintained in highly secure, encrypted databases utilizing strict row-level security (RLS) policies. Access is locked behind multi-factor administrative authentication to ensure continuous data sovereignty.
Seven. Contact
For operational inquiries, compliance reviews, or privacy-related documentation requests, please contact our data compliance desk at privacy@telesuite.io.
