Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: June 9, 2026
Thank you for choosing TeleSuite. Because our platform operates strictly under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and digital infrastructure framework, we maintain clear, automated guidelines regarding service cancellations and financial adjustments.
1. Digital Provisioning & All Sales Final
TeleSuite provides immediate, real-time allocation of server compute cycles, cloud database hosting, webhook routing protocols, and active API endpoints upon account subscription or utility credit deployment.
Due to the immediate delivery and consumption of these digital, non-tangible software assets, all platform subscription payments (Tele-Office, Tele-Pay, Tele-GTM) and custom API resource allocations are strictly non-refundable.
By subscribing to a service tier or initializing an automation workflow, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your payment method will be billed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle, and that the transaction cannot be reversed for a change of mind or user misconfiguration.
2. Platform Errors & System Credit Ledger
We want our community managers and creators to have a flawless experience. If a digital service allocation or automated webhook tracking sequence fails to execute correctly due to a verified, internal TeleSuite platform error or backend system outage:
Users may submit an investigation query to our operations team at ops@telesuite.io within fourteen (14) days of the affected transaction event.
If a technical system fault is confirmed by our internal database audit logs, TeleSuite will issue an immediate, corrective adjustment to the user's internal platform ledger. This credit balance can be applied freely to future automated workflows, system usage fees, or subscription cycles.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Users retain full sovereignty over their account renewals. You may cancel your TeleSuite subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard settings panel or by submitting a cancellation request to our helpdesk.
Upon processing a cancellation, your software utility access will remain fully operational until the end of your current, pre-paid billing cycle.
Following the expiration of that period, your automated workflow channels, webhook tracking pipelines, and historical attribution data reconciliation tables will be paused.
4. Policy Updates
TeleSuite reserves the right to modify the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy programmatically to align with new feature releases, changing API token pricing, or updated Merchant of Record guidelines. Continued use of our infrastructure services following any updates constitutes complete acceptance of the revised policy.
5. Contact & Support Escalation
For billing inquiries, real-time transaction reconciliation, or to request a platform ledger audit, please contact our support desk directly at ops@telesuite.io.
